The following information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. The responsible party is Christian Raileanu (see Legal Notice).
2. Hosting
We host our website on Railway. The provider is Railway Corp. When you visit our website, Railway collects various log files including your IP address in order to provide the website securely and without errors (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Registration and Login (Clerk)
We use the service Clerk (Clerk Inc.) for registration and login. When you create an account, your email address, name, and (if used) Google profile picture are transferred to and securely stored by Clerk. This serves to provide your user account (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4. Payment Processing (Stripe)
If you purchase a paid Pro upgrade, payment is processed through the payment service provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). We do not store any credit card data ourselves. All payment information is entered directly into Stripe's systems.
5. Video Generation
For the creation of videos (meme generation) on our platform, we do NOT use any Artificial Intelligence (AI) that analyzes or processes your data. The videos are automatically compiled on our server using the software FFmpeg from standard media (background images, memes, music). No personal data is processed in the videos or sent to third parties.
